PRODUCER
As far back as I can remember I’ve been passionate about people and telling their stories, and it was something I pursued from a young age. As a teenager I was selected to direct a short movie for the BBC as part of their program to inspire new talent. It was through that experience that I fell in love with cameras and started my journey working my way up through the camera department. I worked on numerous TV Dramas, feature films, commercials and documentaries in the UK before moving to Japan in 2012 with my wife. It was there that I met Andre and our shared love and passion for creating drew us together.
ANDRE MONTEIRO
DIRECTOR
I come from a creative family, creativity is in my blood. As a child I was always looking for an outlet for that creativity, be it through music, telling stories or experimenting with cameras. As a teenager I moved to Japan where I continued to pursue my passions. Over the past 15 years I’ve honed those skills, taking every opportunity to push myself to learn more. For the past 10 years before forming AJC I was working with one of West Japans largest production companies, specialising in directing, cinematography, motion graphics and VFX.
